04 key tasks to resolve difficulties for the real estate market in Vietnam

This is a notable content in Notification 332/TB-VPCP of the Office of the Government of Vietnam regarding the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam Trinh Dinh Dung at the meeting of the Central Steering Committee on housing and the real estate market policies to resolve difficulties and promote production and business.

To resolve difficulties in the real estate market in the upcoming period in Vietnam, the Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam requests that Ministries, central authorities, and Provincial People's Committees focus on effectively performing the following key tasks:

- Continue to organize the implementation of and strictly and effectively adhere to the directives from the Government of Vietnam, the Prime Minister of Vietnam, and the Central Steering Committee on housing and the real estate market policies;

- Excel in demand-supply forecasting by researching planning and developing development plans for each product; closely monitor the market situation and promptly implement measures to stabilize the market, preventing price inflation and real estate bubbles nationwide;

- Enhance inspection, review, and oversight of real estate projects to ensure compliance with land use and construction investment laws; strictly handle legal violations within their authority;
