04 Criteria on the Study Results of Members in the Learning Unit in Vietnam

On August 06, 2020, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Circular 22/2020/TT-BGDDT regulating the evaluation and classification of Learning Units.

Circular 22/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulates 04 criteria for the academic performance of members (maximum 30 points) in the Learning Unit in Vietnam as follows:

- 100% members in the unit have an annual self-study and self-improvement plan approved by the unit leader (maximum 10 points);

- 100% members in the unit adhere to labor discipline, work regulations within the unit, and exhibit a spirit of cooperation, solidarity, and exchange (maximum 05 points);

- 100% members in the unit fully complete the mandatory study and training programs as regulated by the state (maximum 10 points);

- 100% members in the unit achieve the title of "Advanced Worker or higher" (maximum 05 points).

Additionally, this Circular also stipulates the criteria for conditions to establish a Learning Unit (maximum 30 points) as follows:

- The unit has a policy or plan for members to study regularly (maximum 10 points);

- The unit has specific regulations to encourage members to study (maximum 10 points);

- The unit invests resources including finances, facilities, equipment, and necessary conditions to meet the members' learning needs (maximum 10 points).
