04 administrative procedures amended and supplemented in the field of sea and islands of Vietnam from June 4, 2024

Accordingly, four administrative procedures in the field of sea and islands within the scope of the state management function of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam will be amended and supplemented, including:

• 02 administrative procedures under the authority of the Central Government:

  • Exploiting and using the database of marine resources and the environment through electronic networks (Administrative procedure file number: 1.001373).

    Implementing agency: National Marine and Island Information and Data Center - Vietnam Administration of Seas and Islands - Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam.

  • Exploiting and using the database of marine resources and the environment through request forms or official letters (Administrative procedure file number: 1.001371).

    Implementing agency: National Marine and Island Information and Data Center - Vietnam Administration of Seas and Islands - Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam.

• 02 administrative procedures under the authority of the provincial government:

  • Exploiting and using the database of marine resources and the environment through electronic networks (Administrative procedure file number: 1.005181).

    Implementing agency: Department of Natural Resources and Environment - Provincial People's Committee of coastal provinces and municipalities.

  • Exploiting and using the database of marine resources and the environment through request forms or official letters (Administrative procedure file number: 1.000705).

    Implementing agency: Department of Natural Resources and Environment - Provincial People's Committee of coastal provinces and municipalities.
