02 additional forms of bid documents for online procurement of medicinal herbs in Vietnam

The Minister of Health of Vietnam issued Circular 06/2023/TT-BYT dated 12/3/2023 amending Circular 15/2019/TT-BYT on the bidding of drugs at public health facilities.

According to Vietnam's Circular 06/2023/TT-BYT, 02 samples of bid documents for online procurement of medicinal herbs, specifically as follows:

Adding Appendix 14 and Appendix 15 to Circular 15/2019/TT-BYT in Appendix 1 and Appendix 02 issued together with Vietnam's Circular 06/2023/TT-BYT, whereby:

- Appendix 14: Sample of online bidding documents for procurement of herbal ingredients and traditional medicines (excluding herbal ingredients, traditional medicines with high dosage forms, nuggets, powders, extracts, essential oils, resins, gums, and jellies that have been standardized) applying the one-stage, one-envelope method.

- Appendix 15: Sample of online bidding documents for procurement of herbal ingredients and traditional medicines (excluding medicinal herbs, traditional herbs with high dosage forms, nuggets, powders, extracts, essential oils, resins, gums, and jellies that have been standardized) applying the one-stage two-envelope method. .

Vietnam's Circular 06/2023/TT-BYT takes effect from April 27, 2023.
