02 additional fee brackets for ferry service on some national highways in Vietnam

Below is the content of Circular 37/2022/TT-BGTVT dated December 30, 2022 amending Circular 31/2020/TT-BGTVT on the price bracket of ferry services on national highways invested with state budget capital and managed by the central government of Vietnam.

According to Vietnam's Circular 37/2022/TT-BGTVT, 02 additional fee brackets for ferry service on some national highways in Vietnam are added as follows:

- Fee bracket for service charges using Kenh Sau ferry, National Highway 53B;

The fee in this bracket is for both the car and the passenger (passengers do not have to buy tickets).

- Fee bracket for service charges using Tan Phu ferry, National Highway 57B.

Fees in the range for cars with 4 to 46 seats do not include passengers (passengers must purchase tickets).

In addition, Kenh Tat and Lang Sat ferry terminals on National Highway 53, Kenh Sau ferry terminals on National Highway 53B are exempt from collecting ferry service fees until there are other legal documents to replace them.
