In order to proactively respond to developments in the labor relations situation, prevent and effectively participate in the settlement of labor disputes, and ensure the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees, contributing to stabilizing jobs, life, production and business activities of enterprises in the context of the complicated development of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor asked the Confederations of Labor to Laborers of provinces and cities, Central Sector Trade Unions and the equivalent, Trade Unions of Corporations under the General Confederation of Labor perform a number of tasks and solutions, in which:

For localities and units with a large number of employees, many enterprises belong to the same owner or are member companies of enterprises, groups, or corporations or jointly produce and supply the same services. large enterprises, brands, transnational enterprises:

+ Set up a channel for information exchange between grassroots union presidents via Zalo network or an appropriate form in order to promptly share information and update the situation .

Direct the grassroots trade unions to actively coordinate, support and enhance the exchange of information on the business situation, thoughts, aspirations and regimes towards employees;

Organizing dialogues, negotiations and concurrently deploying solutions to prevent and resolve labor disputes, and stop collective work when necessary.

+ Actively grasp information about the number, address, production and business situation, the implementation of the regime, pressing issues, common difficulties of employees... of the enterprises located above. localities and coordinate with functional departments, agencies, and other localities to review and share information of enterprises headquartered in other localities.

+ Directing the immediate superior grassroots trade union to regularly grasp the situation, support and guide the grassroots trade union to actively coordinate and propose to the employer to well implement the grassroots democracy regulation, organize periodic or ad hoc dialogues or ad hoc cases according to the provisions of law and Guidance 41/HD-TLD dated 11/11/2021.
