Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment: Check nearly 30 localities, prevent soil fever in Vietnam

In Ho Minh city, Dong Nai province, Khanh Hoa province, Ninh Thuan province, Can Tho, Vietnam will examine the observance of the provisions of the Land Law in the implementation of planning, land allocation, land lease, land use purpose transfer focusing on the following contents: cases of land use purpose transfer in case of permission application; the management and use of rice cultivation land; the purpose transfer of rice cultivation land, protective forest land, special-use forest for the implementation of projects in localities approved by the Prime Minister before July 1, 2014.

This is the information said by Mai Van Phan, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Land Management at the regular press conference held by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment on April 28.

According to Deputy Director General Mai Van Phan, the situation of land fever in many localities in the past time is "a lesson in the management of the real estate market". Because it has not been thoroughly done, the broker takes advantage of the "hot" market in Vietnam.

"We will absorb to have a policy mechanism and organize closer inspection and supervision", the representative of the General Department of Land Management pledged and said that they are synthesizing reports from localities to analyze the causes.

Previously, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has sent a written request to localities to check and report the status of land fever that has occurred in the past time, including the publication of planning and publication of land price lists in Vietnam in accordance with the provisions of the Land Law.

Here, in addition to the above-mentioned localities, the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the General Department of Land Management also plans to inspect and inspect in dozens of localities across the country.

Specifically, in Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Hoa Binh, Ha Giang, Bac Ninh, Lang Son, Binh Dinh, Kon Tum, Kien Giang, An Giang, Vinh Long, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Long An provinces, the General Department of Land Management will lead the inspection of the implementation of planning, land allocation, land lease, land use purpose transfer, in the second quarter-IV in Vietnam.

In Hanoi, the observance of land law in land registration, issuance of land use right certificates, change of land use purpose will be checked; Land use management will be checked at some projects and works that do not put land into use or are slow to put land into use in Vietnam.

In Quarter II-III, the General Department of Land Management also examined the implementation of land valuation, recovery, compensation, support, resettlement and land fund development in Binh Thuan.

This test will also be implemented in Hai Duong, Binh Duong, Ha Nam, Nghe An and Tay Ninh.

In Hai Phong, the observance of land law in land registration, issuance of land use right certificates, change of land use purpose will be checked; the management and use of land under the Prime Minister's Decision No. 09 dated January 19, 2007 on the rearrangement and disposal of state-owned houses and land and Decree 167/2017/ND-CP
