This is the content of Circular 34/2021/TT-BYT stipulating standards, uniforms and cards of persons assigned to perform the task of specialized medical inspection.

Specifically, in Article 10 of Circular 34/2021/TT-BYT , it is clear that the responsibilities of health inspectors in the management, preservation and use of cards are as follows:

- Public health inspectors are responsible for managing and preserving the cards and may only use them in the course of performing specialized inspection tasks in accordance with law;

When the card is damaged or lost, it must be reported to the head of the medical inspection agency under direct management and must explain the reasons clearly and specifically.

- Do not use the card for personal purposes, use the card when not performing inspection duties, use another person's card or lend the card to others for use.

- Health inspectors who use cards in contravention of regulations will, depending on the nature and seriousness of their violations, be handled in accordance with law.

In addition, Circular 34/2021/TT-BYT also clearly stipulates the uniforms of each leader title and medical inspector as follows:

+ The head of the specialized health inspection agency under the Ministry of Health is granted the uniform as the Chief Inspector of the Ministry.

The deputy head of the specialized health inspection agency under the Ministry of Health is granted the uniform of the Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry.

+ The head of the medical inspection advisory section of the specialized health inspection agency under the Ministry of Health shall be granted the uniform as the head of the department under the Ministry's Inspectorate.

The deputy head of the medical inspection advisory department under the health inspection agency under the Ministry of Health and the head of the medical inspection agency under the Department of Health are granted the uniform as deputy head of the department. of the Inspectorate of the Ministry.

The deputy head of the head of the specialized health inspection agency under the Department of Health is granted the uniform as the Deputy Chief Inspector of the Department.

+ The head of the specialized inspection advisory section of the specialized health inspection agency under the Department of Health is granted the same uniform as the head of the department under the Ministry's Inspectorate, but with less than one metal horizontal line on the shoulder.

The deputy head of the specialized inspection advisory division of the specialized health inspection agency under the Department of Health is granted the same uniform as the head of the specialized inspection advisory section of the specialized health inspection agency. under the Department of Health but less than a metal star on the shoulder.

+ Public health inspectors who do not hold leadership or management positions may be granted the same uniform as inspectors who do not hold leadership or management positions.

Note: The uniform of medical inspectors issued before February 15, 2022 can be used until the end of December 31, 2022 or health inspectors can be issued new uniforms. from 15/02/2022 subject to actual conditions.

Circular 34/2021/TT-BYT takes effect from February 15, 2022.
