The Prime Minister has just issued Directive 34/CT-TTg on strengthening the implementation of the Scheme on the inclusion of human rights content in the educational curricula in the national education system.

Accordingly, in order to continue promoting human rights education appropriate to each level of education and training level in the national education system in the new situation, the Prime Minister requested the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Bright:

- Speed ​​up the compilation and release of communication materials, monographs and references on human rights education; supporting education, training and vocational education institutions nationwide to consolidate and perfect the system of educational materials and documents;

- Strengthen training and fostering of human rights content for leaders and managers of the political system, key leaders of public non-business units and state-owned enterprises;

- Coordinate with Ministries, branches, People's Committees of provinces, cities and relevant organizations in implementing the introduction of human rights content into educational curricula in the national education system effectively. fruit;

 - Actively and actively cooperate, take advantage of resources and international experience in human rights education; focus on theoretical research and practical review of human rights in order to improve the effectiveness of human rights education in our country;

- Monitor and urge ministries and branches on the implementation progress of the Scheme; organize the evaluation and summary of the overall activities of the Project; promptly report to the Prime Minister on the results of the implementation and implementation of the Scheme according to regulations.

Integrate human rights content into existing curricula

The Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Education and Training to organize the formulation and approval of teaching programs and materials for educational and training institutions; directing and guiding the integration and integration of human rights content into the current program and in the plan to renew the program, documents, learning materials, and textbooks suitable for each educational level, directing education to strictly implement human rights education contents specified in education and training programs;

Accelerate the construction of a human rights education and dissemination information page on the Ministry's web portal and provide guidelines for use throughout the industry.

Annually, assume the prime responsibility for developing plans, coordinate with related parties to organize training and update knowledge for teachers and lecturers teaching human rights in education and training institutions, except for educational and training institutions under the management responsibility of the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
