The Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam has just issued a Directive to implement a plan to serve the travel needs of the people during the New Year, Lunar New Year, and Tiger Spring Festival in 2022.

Accordingly, the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam requested the General Department of Civil Aviation. Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), Van Don International Airport, Vietnam Flight Management Corporation (VATM), Vietnamese airlines, and airport authorities have established a Steering Committee for implementation. serving the travel needs of the people, ensuring traffic order and safety during the New Year, Lunar New Year and the Year of the Tiger Spring Festival in 2022; publish the hotline phone number and stand 24/7 to receive and process information related to the unit's tasks and develop a plan to serve the travel needs of the people.

ACV, Van Don International Airport strengthen control work, ensure aviation security and safety; develop a service plan, arrange human resources to ensure good service and safety of flights, meeting the travel needs of the people; closely coordinate with the Department of Transport in cities, localities and competent authorities to organize traffic flow, reduce congestion at airports and airfields, especially at the port. At the same time, continue to improve responsibilities in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, fully implement epidemic prevention and control measures in the new situation in accordance with the directions and documents of the Prime Minister, guiding of the Ministry of Health and the temporary regulation to continue deploying regular domestic passenger flights to ensure safe, flexible adaptation and effective control of the COVID-19 epidemic issued together with Decision No. 1840/QD -BGTVT dated October 20, 2021 of the Ministry of Transport.
