Amending two laws on accounting and auditing in Vietnam in 2024 is the goal set out in Decision 633/QD-TTg dated May 23, 2022 on approving the Accounting - Auditing Strategy to 2030.

Will amend 2 laws on accounting and auditing in Vietnam in 2024 (illustration)
Specifically, in order to ensure synchronous regulations, in accordance with international practices and conditions of Vietnam, strengthen the roles and responsibilities of enterprises, units, organizations and individuals in providing services. accounting - audit information, in 2024 will be submitted to the National Assembly of Vietnam for consideration and comments on:
- Draft Law amending and supplementing the Law on Accounting;
- Draft Law amending and supplementing the Law on Independent Audit.
In addition, the goal of digital transformation in the field of accounting and auditing is also set as follows:
- Promote the application of information technology in line with the digital transformation process in building the legal framework and organizing the implementation at the units;
- Building a database related to accounting - auditing to serve the activities of the units and activities of management and supervision of accounting - auditing.
