Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Dispatch 3460/BCT-TTTN dated June 21, 2022 in which, from 3pm on June 21, 2022, the price of gasoline increased to nearly 33,000 VND/liter, setting a new record.

1. Petrol and oil prices from 15:00 on June 21, 2022 in Vietnam
From 3:00 pm on June 21, 2022, the selling prices of popular petroleum products on the market are regulated as follows:
- E5RON92 gasoline: Not higher than 31,302 VND/liter (increasing VND 185/liter);
- RON95-III gasoline: Not higher than 32,873 VND/liter (increasing VND 498/liter);
- 0.05S diesel oil: Not higher than 30,019 VND/liter (increasing VND 1,999/liter);
- Kerosene: Not higher than 28,785 VND/liter (increasing 946 VND/liter);
- Fuel oil 180CST 3.5S: Not higher than 20,735 VND/kg (down 378 VND/kg)
2. Levels of setting up and spending for the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund in Vietnam
The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam decides to set up the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for petroleum products as follows:
- E5RON92 gasoline: 0 VND/liter;
- RON95 gasoline: 0 VND/liter;
- Diesel oil: 0 VND/liter;
- Kerosene: 0 VND/liter;
- Madut oil: 300 VND/kg.
At the same time, spending using the BOG Petroleum Fund:
- E5RON92 gasoline: 0 VND/liter;
- RON95 gasoline: 0 VND/liter;
- Diesel oil: 400 VND/liter;
- Kerosene: 400 VND/liter;
- Madut oil: 0 VND/kg.
