- Hello editor, I would like to ask the following: I am an employee of the Supervisory rank at a bank in Binh Thuan. I heard that the State Bank of Vietnam is drafting a Circular stipulating codes, professional and professional standards and salary classification for the rank of banking civil servants. May I ask what are the regulations on ranks and ranks of civil servants as well as how to calculate salary according to the new draft? Thank you!
