- Police workers are individuals recruited to work in the Vietnam People's Public Security who are not eligible for the conferment of officer, non-commissioned officer, or soldier ranks. According to Decree 49/2019/ND-CP detailing and providing measures for implementing certain provisions of the Law on People's Public Security, the policies regarding this group of police workers are stipulated as follows.
