- The residence inspection is conducted periodically, irregularly or due to the requirements of crime prevention and control, ensuring security and order in Vietnam according to Article 25 of Circular 55/2021/TT-BCA stipulating instructions on Law on Residence. in which, from July 1, 2021, there will be more residence inspection sites.
