  • The British government has said that children aged 5-11 in England will receive a low dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, after the Joint Committee on Immunization (JCVI), the British Government's advisory body, made the above recommendation on February 15. Previously, only children in this age group with a high-risk underlying medical condition for COVID-19 were eligible for immunization in regional England.

  • On January 6, the Korean Ministry of Environment published the revised "regulations on the use of single-use items" in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, food and beverage outlets such as cafes will be banned from using single-use products from April 1. Single-use items are temporarily allowed in stores due to COVID-19.
