Procedures for reissuing the Certificate of occupational safety technical inspector are prescribed in Decision 1549/QD-LDTBXH 2023.

1. Procedures for reissuing the Certificate of occupational safety technical inspector in cases of supplementing or modifying the certificate content in Vietnam

* Documents

Documents include:

- Application for re-issuance of inspector certificate (01 copy);

- Original issued certificate (01 copy);

- Documents proving the conformity of additional or modified requirements (01 copy of each type);

- 02 3x4 color photos of the person requesting the re-issue of the certificate taken within 6 months from the date of the request.

How to submit an application: Individuals wishing to re-issue an inspector certificate send 01 set of documents to the competent authority directly at the One-Stop Department, via postal service, or online at the National Public Service Portal or the Public Service Portal of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs.

* The order of execution

- Step 1: Receive application for the re-issuance of Inspector Certificate

Individuals who need to re-issue an inspector certificate must send 01 set of documents to request the re-issuance of an inspector certificate to the Department of Labor Safety, Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs.

- Step 2: Evaluate the application for re-issuance of inspector certificate

- Step 3: Re-issue the inspector certificate or respond in writing clearly stating the reason for not issuing it

No more than 05 working days from the receipt of complete and valid documents, the Department of Occupational Safety re-issues the inspector certificate or issues a written response clearly stating the reason for not re-issuing the inspector certificate to the applicant.

2. Procedures for reissuing the Certificate of occupational safety technical inspector in case of expiration in Vietnam

* Documents

Documents include:

- Application for re-issuance of inspector certificate (01 copy);

- Original issued certificate (01 copy);

- Test results before reissue (01 copy).

How to submit an application: Individuals wishing to re-issue an inspector certificate send 01 set of documents to the competent authority directly at the One-Stop Department, through postal service, or online at the National Public Service Portal or the Public Service Portal of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs.

* Documents

Documents include:

- Application for re-issuance of inspector certificate (01 copy);

- Report on the implementation of requests and recommendations of competent authorities on correcting violations (01 copy);

- Document proving that the training course and testing have been completed to meet the requirements for technical inspection of occupational safety for the subject of organizational inspection after the effective date of the decision to revoke the certificate for the cases specified in Points c and dd, Clause 2, Article 14 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP;

- 02 3x4 color photos of the person requesting re-issue of certificate taken within 06 months from the date of request.
