- On December 26, 2023, the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Vietnam issued Circular 06/2023/TT-BNG amending Circular 01/2011/TT-BNG regulating the procedures for granting permits for the entry of human corpses, remains and ashes into Vietnam; Circular 02/2011/TT-BNG guiding the procedures for the registration of Vietnamese citizens abroad; Circular 04/2020/TT-BNG providing guidelines for the issuance, renewal or revocation of diplomatic/official passports, and issuance of diplomatic notes requesting visas from foreign countries.
