Officials and public employees shall be entitled to special cases of recruitment in certain cases specified in Decree No. 161/2018/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government. To be specific:
The Law on Officials of Vietnam stipulates that officials who fail to accomplish their tasks for 2 consecutive years will be disallowed to continue their work by competent agencies, organizations or units. In this case, officials shall be entitled to job discontinuation regime specified in Decree No. 46/2010/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government.
