To simplify regulations for 05 groups of fire safety procedures in Vietnam 2023

According to Decision 641/QD-TTg, in the field of fire  safety in Vietnam, it will reduce and simplify 05 groups of procedures as follows:

(1) Group of procedures: appraisal and approval of fire prevention and fighting designs (implemented at the central level) (TTHC code: 1.009887); appraisal and approval of designs on fire prevention and fighting (implemented at the provincial level) (TTHC code: 1.009896).

(2) Group of procedures: approval of the fire fighting plan of the facility (implemented at the provincial level) (TTHC code: 1.003217); approval of the facility's fire fighting plan (implemented at the district level) (TTHC code: 1.009908).

(3) Group of procedures: Issuance of permits to transport dangerous goods of fire and explosion on railways (except for industrial explosives) (implemented at the provincial level) (with administrative procedures: 1.009899); Issuance of permits to transport dangerous goods of fire and explosion on railways (except industrial explosives) (implemented at district level) (TTHC code: 1.009911).

(4) Group of administrative procedures: Issuance of certificates of eligibility for fire prevention and fighting service businesses (implemented at the central level) (TTHC code: 1.003024); Issuance and replacement of certificates of eligibility for fire prevention and fighting service businesses (implemented at the central level) (TTHC code: 1.003007);

Issuance of certificates of eligibility for business in fire prevention and fighting services (implemented at the provincial level) (TTHC code: 2.001773); Issuance and replacement of Certificate of eligibility for fire prevention and fighting service businesses (implemented at the provincial level) (TTHC code: 3,000023).

(5) Group of administrative procedures: Re-issuance of certificates of eligibility for fire prevention and fighting service businesses (implemented at the central level) (TTHC code: 1.002985); Re-issuance of certificates of eligibility for fire prevention and fighting service businesses (implemented at the provincial level) (TTHC code: 1.003470)

In addition, it will also simplify the operating conditions of fire prevention and fighting business establishments in 2023.
