Annulment of certain provisions of the Circular 02/2017 on management of officials and public employees for civil judgment enforcement in Vietnam

Circular 12/2024/TT-BTP annuls certain articles, clauses, and points of Circular 02/2017/TT-BTP dated March 23, 2017, issued by the Minister of Justice of Vietnam, on certain contents on the management of officials and public employees, and employees in the system of civil judgment execution as follows:

- The following Articles are annulled:

+ Article 6. Responsibilities, tasks, and standards of the Deputy Director General of the Department of Civil Judgment Execution

+ Article 8. Responsibilities, tasks, and standards of the Deputy Chief of Office

+ Article 9. Responsibilities, tasks, and standards of the Head of the Operations and Civil Judgment Execution Department

+ Article 10. Responsibilities, tasks, and standards of the Deputy Head of the Operations and Civil Judgment Execution Department

+ Article 11. Responsibilities, tasks, and standards of the Head of the Inspection, Complaint, and Denunciation Resolution Department

+ Article 12. Responsibilities, tasks, and standards of the Deputy Head of the Inspection, Complaint, and Denunciation Resolution Department

+ Article 13. Responsibilities, tasks, and standards of the Head of the Personnel Department

+ Article 14. Responsibilities, tasks, and standards of the Deputy Head of the Personnel Department

+ Article 15. Responsibilities, tasks, and standards of the Head of the Finance - Accounting Department

+ Article 16. Responsibilities, tasks, and standards of the Deputy Head of the Finance - Accounting Department

+ Article 17. Responsibilities, tasks, and standards of the Head of the Civil Judgment Execution Sub-department

+ Article 18. Responsibilities, tasks, and standards of the Deputy Head of the Civil Judgment Execution Sub-department

+ Article 83. Transitional clauses

+ Article 84. Appointment of leadership positions in special cases

Additionally, Clause 1 of Article 1; Clause 1, point a, b, Clause 2 of Article 5; Clause 1, point a, b, c, Clause 2 of Article 7 of Circular 02/2017/TT-BTP are also annulled.
