The annual evaluation and classification of the quality of Party organizations and Party members are conducted at the end of the year, in conjunction with the year-end summary of the work of the agency or unit. The process of collective and individual review and classification of Party organizations and Party members in the Justice sector for the year 2017 is carried out according to Guidance 150-HD/DV dated November 28, 2017, of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam.
There are common disciplinary violations by members of Communist Party of Vietnam and the corresponding handling measures for each behavior. The contents are based on Regulation 102-QD/TW 2017 on handling disciplinary violations by CPV members.
According to the law, individuals who engage in physical fighting will be subject to administrative penalties, and depending on the severity and consequences, they may be held criminally liable. So, how will a CPV member who fights with another person be handled?
To enhance awareness, responsibility, and to propose solutions to promote strengths and overcome limitations of members of Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), each year, agencies and organizations conduct quality assessment and classification.
