The Minister of Finance (Hanoi, Vietnam) issued Circular 48/2024/TT-BTC dated July 16, 2024, partially annulling Joint Circular 46/2016/TTLT-BTC-BVHTTDL, which provides guidance on specific management policies for Mobile Propaganda Teams at the province and district levels.
