Distinguishing Certificate of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets and Certificate of land use rights in Vietnam

The Certificate of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets and Certificate of land use rights in Vietnam are concepts that are very familiar to each of us. However, it seems not everyone clearly and accurately understands and distinguishes these two types of documents.

Currently, the law in Vietnam uniformly prescribes the use of the Certificate of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets. However, the legal value of the both is still recognized in civil transactions.
