Paper reports must bear the signature and seal of the Head of the unit to facilitate inspection, comparison, and data processing. Electronic reports may be in the form of a pdf version of the paper document or an electronic file identified by the digital signature of the Head of the reporting unit.- The date of receipt of the report is specifically indicated in the upper left corner of each statistical form.
