The Law on Vocational Education 2014 of Vietnam was issued on November 27, 2014. This Law officially came into force from July 01, 2015. One of the notable contents of this Law is the regulation on conditions for registration of vocational education as well as the order and procedures for granting the Certificate of registration of vocational education activities.
According to Vietnam’s regulations, a vocational education institution may determine its enrollment quotas according to requirements pertaining to quantity and quality of the teaching staff, training facilities and equipment which is conformable to the requirements related to socio-economic development and planning for human resource development. So, how are detailed regulations in this activity?
According to Vietnam’s regulations, vocational education institutions can officially operate when they are granted operation registration certificates. These institutions must also perform a number of corresponding tasks and entitlement to ensure their operation in accordance with regulations.
