Radio frequency (RF) is being increasingly widely applied and plays an important role in all areas of social life. The Radio Frequency Law came into effect on July 1, 2010. This section 2 is intended to introduce readers to the contents of Chapter IV of the Radio Frequency Law.
As we all know, organizations and individuals that meet the statutory requirements will be granted radio frequency use licenses. However, in some cases, for some reason this License may be revoked.
According to Vietnam’s regulations, organizations and individuals that wish to use radio frequencies and equipment shall obtain relevant radio frequency use licenses. The granting of a license to use radio frequencies must follow certain principles.
The Law on Radio Frequencies 2009 of Vietnam provides for the management and use of radio frequencies, radio equipment and satellite orbits and management of safety of radio radiation and electromagnetic compatibility; rights and obligations of organizations and individuals involved in the management and use of radio frequencies.
The Law on Radio Frequencies 2009 of Vietnam was issued on November 23, 2009. One of the notable contents of this Law is the regulation on cases of international registration and coordination in radio frequencies and satellite orbits.
On November 23, 2009, the National Assembly of Vietnam issued the Law on Radio Frequencies 2009. This Law consists of 8 Chapters and 49 Articles. One of the basic contents of this Law is the regulation on international cooperation on radio frequencies.
