- The Law on Local Government Organization 2015 of Vietnam will officially come into force from January 01, 2016. According to this Law, the local government level shall include the People’s Council and the People’s Committee organized at administrative units of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. This Law has also specified tenures of these units.
