The Law on Advertising 2012 of Vietnam was promulgated on June 21, 2012. This Law specifies the advertising activities; the rights and obligations of organizations and individuals participating in advertising activities; the State management of advertising, according to which there are products, goods and services banned from advertising in Vietnam.
Advertisers are organizations and individuals that demand to advertise their products, goods and services, or to advertise themselves. So what rights and obligations do these organizations and individuals have when conducting advertising activities in Vietnam?
The Law on Advertising 2012 of Vietnam was promulgated on June 21, 2012, consisting of 05 chapters, 43 Articles, regulating the advertising activities; the rights and obligations of organizations and individuals participating in advertising activities; the State management of advertising. There are acts prohibited in advertising activities specified in this Law.
