- On May 14, 2018, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam issued Circular No. 46/2018/TT-BTC prescribing the fees for printing, duplication, photocopying and sending of information as prescribed in Clause 2 Article 12 of the Law on access to information 2016 of Vietnam.
