Vietnam: Pension and allowance applicable to 08 groups increased of 6.92% from July 01, 2018?

1. Officials, public employees, and employees (including those with periods of voluntary social insurance participation, retirees from the Nghe An farmer's social insurance fund transferred according to Decision 41/2009/QD-TTg dated March 16, 2009); military personnel, public security officers, and individuals working in cipher organizations receiving monthly pensions;

2. Commune-level officials as stipulated in Decree 92/2009/ND-CP, Decree 121/2003/ND-CP, and Decree 09/1998/ND-CP receiving pensions and monthly allowances;

3. Individuals receiving monthly labor incapacitation allowances according to the law, those receiving monthly allowances under Decision 91/2000/QD-TTg dated August 4, 2000, and Decision 613/QD-TTg dated May 6, 2010; rubber employees receiving monthly allowances;

4. Commune-level officials receiving monthly allowances under Decision 130/CP dated June 20, 1975 by the Government of Vietnam and Decision 111-HDBT dated October 13, 1981 by the Council of Ministers;

5. Military personnel receiving monthly policy-based allowances under Decision 142/2008/QD-TTg dated October 27, 2008, and Decision 38/2010/QD-TTg dated May 6, 2010;

6. Public security officers receiving monthly allowances under Decision 53/2010/QD-TTg dated August 20, 2010;

7. Military personnel, public security officers, and individuals working in cipher organizations who receive salaries equivalent to military personnel and public security officers, receiving monthly allowances under Decision 62/2011/QD-TTg dated November 9, 2011;

8. Individuals receiving monthly occupational accident and disease allowances.
