Specifically, according to Circular 11/2022/TT-BLDTBXH, employees, with priority given to poor households, near-poverty households, households that have just escaped poverty, and employees living in poor districts, communes with special disadvantages in the lowlands, coastal areas and islands will be supported in finding a job using the database of employee seekers and job seekers for the poor in Vietnam

In addition, information in the database of employee seekers and job seekers is established from the following sources:

- Information in the database of employee seekers in Vietnam:

+ Information on registration of labor recruitment needs of the employer through the electronic application for job registration or other related applications.

+ Employment information is digitized and standardized from the collection and updating of information on the employer's labor recruitment needs and employment services.

+ Information is connected and shared with the national database of business registration.

- Information in the database of job seekers in Vietnam:

+ Information on job search registration of employees through the electronic application for job registration - job seekers.

+ Information about job seekers is digitized and standardized from the collection and updating of job search information - job seekers, job services.

+ Information is connected, shared, and authenticated with the national population database and other databases.
