Recently, Hanoi issued Decree 90/2019/ND-CP on region-based minimum wages which comes into force in Vietnam from January 1, 2020, applicable to employees working under employments contracts.
Excel File of Wage Scale and Payroll of employees in 2020
Based on Clause 1 Article 3 of Decree 90/2019/ND-CP and Clause 3 Article 7 of Decree 49/2013/ND-CP, we will have the wage scale and payroll of employees in Vietnam in 2020 as follows:
Table 1: The Statutory minimum wage for the simplest job or title in normal working conditions must not be lower than the regional Statutory minimum wage.
