Standards for qualifications of primary preventive medicine physicians (Class II) according to applicable regulations?
Standards for qualifications of primary preventive medicine physicians (Class II) are prescribed in Clause 2 Article 8 of the Joint Circular No. 10/2015/TTLT-BYT-BNV as follows:

From June 10, 2022, primary preventive medicine physicians in Vietnam do not require foreign language level 3
From June 10, 2022, the title of a grade II physician who requires foreign language level 3 (B1) or higher must be specified.
On April 26, 2022, the Ministry of Health issued the Circular No. 03/2022/TT-BYT as follows:
"Article 1. Amendments to the Joint Circular No. 10/2015/TTLT-BYT-BNV dated May 27, 2015 by the Minister of Health and the Minister of Home Affairs

"2. Standards for qualifications
a) obtain at least a level-I doctor or a master's degree in preventive medicine.

Hence, from 10/6/2022, so that he/she is not required to obtain a level-3 forensic medicine doctor (level II).
