The Draft Decree on regulations for retirement age and pension eligibility conditions is currently open for public comments online and is expected to take effect from January 01, 2021. In addition to stipulating the roadmap for adjusting the retirement age for employees in ordinary working conditions, this Draft also details the roadmap for amendments to the early retirement from 2021.

This Draft stipulates that employees with reduced work capacity; those engaged in particularly heavy, hazardous, or dangerous occupations and jobs; those in heavy, hazardous, or dangerous occupations and jobs; and those working in extremely disadvantaged areas may retire at the age earlier but not more than 05 years earlier than the retirement age of employees working under ordinary working conditions at the time of retirement, unless otherwise provided by law.
The roadmap for amendments to the early retirement under the above regulations is implemented according to the following table:
