Annulling several labor-related documents in Vietnam from February 01, 2021

Recently, the Government of Vietnam has issued the Decree No. 145/2020/NĐ-CP guilding the Labor Code 2019 of Vietnam on working conditions and labor relations. This Decree has abolished several Decrees guiding the Labor Code 2012 from February 01, 2021.

Specifically, according to Article 114 of the Decree No. 145/2020/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government, from February 01, 2021, he following Decrees will cease to have effect:
