Promulgated together with Vietnam's Circular 11/2020/TT-BLDTBXH is list of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and works, and extremely arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and works.

When the list of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and works, and extremely arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and works attached to this Circular takes effect from March 1, 2021, the following Decisions and Circulars will cease to have effect:

- Decision 1453/LDTBXH-QD dated October 13, 1995 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

- Decision 915/LDTBXH-QD dated July 30, 1996 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

- Decision 1629/LDTBXH-QD dated December 26, 1996 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

- Decision 190/1999/QD-BLDTBXH dated March 03, 1999 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

- Decision 1580/2000/QD-BLDTBXH dated December 26, 2000 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

- Decision 1152/2003/QD-BLDTBXH dated September 18, 2003 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

- Circular 36/2012/TT-BLDTBXH dated December 28, 2012 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

- Circular 15/2016/TT-BLDTBXH dated June 28, 2016 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

The period during which an employee has performed the occupation or work on the lists enclosed with the abrogated decisions or circulars in Clause 2 of this Article shall be also considered as the period for performing arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations or works or extremely arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations or works by the effective date of Circular 11/2020/TT-BLDTBXH.
