From January 01, 2021, when the Labor Code 2019 of Vietnam officially takes effect, employees may be entitled to Tet bonuses in the form of bonuses, property or other forms according to the announced regulations of the enterprise. So, what should employees do to not lose their Tet bonus in 2021?
The Lunar New Year 2021 is approaching, the issue that employees are most concerned about at this time is whether or not businesses will reward Tet, how much, and in what form. In this regard, the Labor Code 2019 of Vietnam clearly stipulates that from 2021, enterprises do not have to give Tet bonuses to employees in cash.
The Labor Code 2019 of Vietnam has stipulated several new points about the region-based minimum wage. According to this Law, from January 01, 2021, employees and enterprises need to know 04 following new points about the region-based minimum wage in 2021.
