Additionally, the People's Committee of the City has fixed the Lunar New Year holiday 2021 from February 8, 2021 (the 27th day of the 12th lunar month) to the end of February 16, 2021 (the 5th day of the 1st lunar month).
F public holidays regulated by the Labor Code coincide with week breaks, people will be entitled to a compensation leave on the next working day. School principals are responsible for arranging make-up lessons for those missed due to holidays as per regulations.
Furthermore, the City also assigns the Director of the Department of Education and Training to oversee and direct all educational levels in strictly adhering to the aforementioned academic year plan. They will also decide on student breaks in cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, and dangerous epidemics, and arrange make-up classes, ensuring teachers receive their due breaks during the academic year.
