Recently, the Central Department of Propaganda and Education of Vietnam issued Guidance 169-HD/BTGTW in 2021 on the propaganda for the election of deputies of the 15th National Assembly and delegates of the People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.

Article 1 of Resolution 133/2020/QH14 stipulates that: “The election date of deputies of the 15th National Assembly and deputies of the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021 - 2026 term is Sunday, May 23, 2021”
To ensure the election of deputies of the 15th National Assembly and deputies of the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021 - 2026 term is successful, democratic, equitable, lawful, safe, economical, and truly a festival for all people, the Central Department of Propaganda and Education of Vietnam issued the following slogans for widespread propagation. These aim to create unity in awareness, political ideology, and action within the Communist Party of Vietnam, and societal consensus for a favorable election. To be specific:
1. Warmly welcome the election day of deputies of the 15th National Assembly and deputies of the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021 - 2026 term!
2. On May 23, 2021, voters nationwide will go to the polls to elect deputies of the 15th National Assembly and deputies of the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021 - 2026 term!
3. Voters nationwide actively participate in electing deputies of the 15th National Assembly and deputies of the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021 - 2026 term!
4. Electing deputies to the National Assembly and the People’s Councils at all levels is the right and responsibility of every citizen!
5. The election of deputies of the 15th National Assembly and deputies of the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021 - 2026 term is a festival for all people!
6. Wisely choose exemplary individuals in virtue and talent, deserving to represent the will, aspirations, and sovereignty of the people to the 15th National Assembly and the People’s Councils at all levels for the term 2021-2026!
7. Electing deputies to the National Assembly and the People’s Councils at all levels directly contributes to building a socialist rule of law state of Vietnam by the people, for the people, and for the people!
8. The whole Communist Party, the entire people, and the whole army compete to achieve accomplishments in welcoming the election of deputies of the 15th National Assembly and deputies of the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021 - 2026 term!
