According to Decision 33/2021/QD-TTg, the application for support for F1 has ended its isolation at Isolation facilities before 7/7/2021, F1 is isolated at home, F0 is treated at home in Vietnam, including:

- The document of the People's Committee of the district or commune level or of the health authority on medical isolation at the isolation facility, home isolation, or treatment at home (previously, only the decision of the competent authority was prescribed on medical isolation at isolation facilities or isolation at home).
- Certificate of completion of isolation for F1 who finished isolation at the isolation facility before the effective date of this Decision or isolated at home; confirmation of completion of home treatment or confirmation of duration of home treatment for F0 (formerly a certificate of completion of isolation).
- A copy of one of the following papers: Birth certificate, passport, identity card, health insurance card, certificate of disability (Additional regulation on the certificate of disability level).
- Receipt or receipt or confirmation of payment for meals at the isolation facility for F1 who have finished isolation at the isolation facility before July 7, 2021.
Therefore, compared with the previous regulation, the new regulation of Vietnam has added the case of F0 for home treatment.
In addition, the application file for support for F0 treated at a medical facility also has some changes, specifically, the profile includes:
- List of F0 eligible to enjoy the policy according to Form No. 8a in the Appendix issued with Decision 23/2021/QD-TTg of Vietnam
- The hospital discharge certificate or death certificate of the medical facility or the written certification of the medical facility.
(Previously, Decision 23/2021 only regulated hospital discharge papers).
- A copy of one of the following papers: Birth certificate, birth certificate, passport, identity card, citizen identification card, health insurance card, certificate of disability. In case of loss or failure to bring the above documents, it shall be replaced with a written commitment to be responsible for the information provided by F0, the parent, or the caregiver to the medical facility.
(Addition of "certificate of degree of disability"; and at the same time stipulate that in the case papers are lost or do not bring papers, they can be replaced with written commitments).
Moreover, for F0 who finished treatment at a medical facility before July 7, 2021, the supporting documents as prescribed before include:
- Hospital checkout.
- Receipt of payment for meals at the treated medical facility.
- A copy of one of the following papers: Birth certificate, passport, identity card, citizen identification card, health insurance card.
Support level, support period
- Support for meals at the rate of 80,000 VND/person/day for cases of people being treated for COVID-19 infection (F0), from April 27, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the support period is according to the actual treatment time but up to 45 days.
- Support for meals at the rate of 80,000 VND/person/day for cases where the person is in medical isolation (F1) according to the decision of the competent authority, from April 27, 2021 to December 31, 2021, maximum support time 21 days.
