Specifically, in Clause 5, Article 5 and Clause 1, Article 6 of Circular 166/2021/TT-BQP stipulates as follows:

In addition, Circular 166/2021 also stipulates the periodical citizen reception schedule of heads of agencies and units at all levels (from regimental level and above) as follows:

In addition to the periodical citizen reception schedule, an unexpected citizen reception shall be conducted in the following cases:
