Specifically, in Clause 2, Article 4 of Circular 12/2022/TT-BTC stipulating support for training and fostering development of tourism human resources as follows:

- Support tourism enterprises and organizations with part of the funding for training, retraining and improving vocational skills for tourism workers:

+ For participants of vocational training courses up to 03 months : The support level is calculated according to the tuition fees collected by the vocational training institution and the actual training duration, but the maximum amount is not more than 4,500,000 VND/person/course training ;

+ For participants of vocational training courses of more than 3 months : The level of support is calculated on a monthly basis, the rate of tuition fee collection and the actual duration of vocational training, but not exceeding VND 1,500,000/person/month and the duration of support. not more than 06 months;

In case the employee participating in the vocational training course has odd days that are not full months as prescribed by the vocational training institution, the odd number of days shall be calculated according to the following principle: From 14 days or less is counted as 1/2 month and from 15 days or more is counted as 01 month .

- Support tourism agencies, businesses and organizations to open training courses, fostering necessary knowledge on state management, corporate governance and professional ethics for tourism workers.

Note: Funds from the state budget allocated to the Tourism Development Support Fund can only be used to carry out the tasks of promoting, advertising and supporting tourism development; may not be used to spend on management of the Fund's apparatus and for other purposes. At the same time, the state budget allocated to the Expenditure Fund can be used to support up to 50% of the budget for performing tasks as chaired and proposed by tourism organizations and enterprises (support up to 01 activity). active and once a year).

In addition, the Fund also supports the implementation of plans, programs and tasks of propaganda to raise social awareness about tourism, contributing to ensuring a safe and healthy tourism environment, and promoting the image of the land. the country and people of Vietnam;

Support the implementation of communication programs to improve civilized behavior, respect customs, practices and cultural identities, protect and preserve tourism resources and tourism environment at tourist destinations, tourist area.

For expenditures on organizing domestic contests on research and initiatives on tourism promotion and advertising to affirm the Vietnamese tourism brand organized by the Fund: The maximum collective payout level is 20 million VND/prize. ; individual prizes up to 15 million VND/prize.
