Summary of COVID-19 safety assessment criteria in Ho Chi Minh City

LawNet would like to send to customers a summary of the set of criteria for evaluating safe operations in the prevention and control of COVID-19 in Ho Chi Minh City.

As follows:

- The set of criteria for assessing safe operations in the prevention and control of COVID-19 for food business activities at supermarkets, food stores, and convenience stores (under Decision 3585/QD-BCD  dated  October 15, 2021;  Decision 3677/QD-BCD  dated October 27, 2021.)

- The set of criteria for evaluating safe activities in the prevention and control of COVID-19 at administrative agencies and non-business units (under  Decision 3590/QD-BCD  of Vietnam dated October 15, 2021).

- The set of safety assessment criteria in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic for preschool educational institutions; general education institutions; language and informatics centers; educational institutions, units of life skills education and extracurricular activities (under Decision 3588/QD-BCD  dated October 15, 2021).

- The set of criteria for evaluating safe operations in the prevention and control of COVID-19 at production, business and commercial establishments, including:

+ The set of criteria for evaluating safe operations in the prevention and control of COVID-19 at supermarkets, commercial centers, mini supermarkets, convenience stores, food retail stores.

+ The set of criteria to evaluate safe activities in the prevention and control of COVID-19 at traditional markets.

+ The set of criteria for evaluating safe activities in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic at the wholesale market.

+ The set of criteria for evaluating safe operations in the prevention and control of COVID-19 at production facilities.

+ The set of criteria for evaluating safe operations in the prevention and control of COVID-19 at the offices of production, business and service providers.

According to Decision 3589/QD-BCD  dated October 15, 2021.

- The set of criteria for evaluating safe activities in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic for training organizations of physical training and sports units ((enterprise, career unit, sport club, stadium, gym). (under Decision 3581/QD-BCD  of Vietnam dated October 15, 2021)

- The set of criteria for evaluating safe transportation activities in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic (under Decision 3324/QD-BCD  of Vietnam dated September 15, 2021).

- The set of criteria for classifying works that are allowed to be built and guiding the prevention and control of COVID-19 at the construction site (under  Decision 3324/QD-BCD  dated September 15, 2021). 

- The set of safety assessment criteria for the prevention and control of COVID-19 for tourism activities in areas with a high level of safety (under Decision 3322/QD-BCD  dated September 15, 2021).
