On November 11, 2020, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Circular 12/2020/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing several articles of Circular 05/2020/TT-NHNN stipulating the refinancing for the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies according to Decision 15/2020/QD-TTg which regulates the implementation of support policies for people facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Vietnam.

Replacement of 07 forms specified in Circular 05 on supporting citizens affected by COVID-19 in Vietnam (Illustrative image)
According to Circular 12/2020/TT-NHNN, the templates in Annex I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, attached with Circular 05/2020/TT-NHNN, have been replaced. To be specific:

Thus, from November 11, 2020, citizens affected by COVID-19 can apply the replacement forms stipulated in Circular 12/2020/TT-NHNN. Customers and Members should be aware of this change.
