Recently, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Official Dispatch 2189/BGDDT-QLCL regarding the announcement of the information system supporting the High School Graduation Examination and enrollment work in 2020.

Announcement of the hotline for 2020 High School Graduation Exam and University Admission Support - Illustrative photo
In order to provide information and address inquiries from candidates, parents, and relevant organizations and individuals regarding the High School Graduation Examination and university level admissions; and admissions at the college level for Early Childhood Education in 2020, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) has set up an information support system for the 2020 examination and admissions as follows:
1. Support for the High School Graduation Exam:
+ Email: hotrothi2020@moet.gov.vn; from June 2020 to September 23, 2020.
+ Support via telephone during office hours: 024.32181385
- Phase 1: From June 2020 to July 5, 2020;- Phase 2: From August 5, 2020 to August 11, 2020.
2. Support for university level admissions; admissions at the college level for Early Childhood Education:
- The Ministry of Education and Training supports and addresses inquiries from candidates, parents, and related organizations and individuals regarding the university level admissions regulations; and admissions at the college level for Early Childhood Education as follows:
+ Email: hotroxettuyen2020@moet.gov.vn; from June 2020 to February 28, 2021.
+ Support via telephone during office hours: 024.38694884
- Phase 1: From June 2020 to July 5, 2020;- Phase 2: From September 8, 2020 to February 28, 2021;
- Universities, academies, colleges offering Early Childhood Education programs shall arrange telephone, email, and a permanent task force comprising competent and experienced staff in the admissions process, well-versed in regulations to address related inquiries on the institution’s electronic information portal and other public information media.
MOET requests departments of education and training; universities, academies, colleges; colleges offering Early Childhood Education programs; the Department of Military Schools - Ministry of Defense, and the Department of Training - Ministry of Public Security to widely disseminate this information so that candidates, parents, and relevant organizations and individuals are aware.
