To be specific:, the Ministry of Industry and Trade – Finance announced the base prices of popular petrol and oil products on the market, as follows:

From 15:00 on May 28, 2020, major petrol and oil business traders must adjust the selling prices of popular petrol and oil products on the market, not higher than the following levels:
- E5RON92 Petrol: not higher than 12,402 VND/liter;
- RON95-III Petrol: not higher than 13,125 VND/liter;
- Diesel 0.05S: not higher than 10,749 VND/liter;
- Kerosene: not higher than 8,757 VND/liter;
- Fuel Oil 180CST 3.5S: not higher than 9,492 VND/kg.
Besides, the Ministry of Industry and Trade – Finance decided to set up the Petrol and Oil Price Stabilization Fund, specifically:
- E5RON92 Petrol: 100 VND/liter;
- RON95-III Petrol: 400 VND/liter;
- Diesel 0.05S: 1,100 VND/liter;
- Kerosene: 600 VND/liter;
- Fuel Oil 180CST 3.5S: 200 VND/kg.
Simultaneously, the usage of the Petrol and Oil Price Stabilization Fund is as follows:
- E5RON92 Petrol: 600 VND/liter;
- RON95-III Petrol: 400 VND/liter;
