On June 09, 2017, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs passed Decision 847/QD-LDTBXH regarding the list of newly issued administrative procedures (TTHC) in the field of children falling under the scope of state management functions of the Ministry.

- 02 Provincial, District, Commune Administrative Procedures, including:1. Applying emergency or temporary measures to isolate children from environments or individuals causing harm to them;2. Terminating substitute care for children.
- 04 Commune-level Administrative Procedures, including:1. Approving support and intervention plans for children who are abused, at risk of violence, exploitation, abandonment, and children in special circumstances;2. Registering for substitute care for children by individuals or family representatives who are not relatives of the child;3. Notifying of substitute care for children by individuals or family representatives who are relatives of the child;4. Transferring children in substitute care from social assistance facilities to individuals or families providing substitute care.
