The Drug Administration of Vietnam has just issued Decision 435/QD-QLD announcing the list of drugs and medicinal ingredients with circulation registration certificates allowed to continue to be used in Vietnam according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 3 of Resolution 80/2023/QH15 (Phase 5), specifically as follows:
List of domestically produced drugs and medicinal ingredients eligible to be used until December 31, 2024 in Vietnam
The list of domestically produced drugs and medicinal ingredients with a certificate of free sale may continue to be used from the expiration date to the end of December 31, 2024, according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 3 of Resolution 80/2023/QH15, which includes:
