Specifically, in Clause 2, Article 15 of Circular 15/2022/TT-BTC , the content and level of support for raising children to school are as follows:

1. Support content

- Support school supplies: books, notebooks, learning tools for students who are adopted and supported by military units in the subproject;

- Support for essential needs: clothes, shoes, transportation to school and other essential needs (if any);

- Support food for students;

- Support to praise students with good study results;

- Support books, notebooks, documents, equipment and teaching tools for officers and soldiers directly participating in the subproject;

- Other supporting contents (if any) directly related to the student's learning process under the decision of the Minister of National Defense or an authorized person.

2. Student Support Level

2.1 In the case of foster care

- Supporting school supplies, supporting essential needs, praising students with good study results according to the provisions of Clauses 3, 4 and 6, Article 2 of Joint Circular 109/2009 /TTLT/BTC-BGDĐT , specifically:

Students who study and practice well and achieve good or better results (in the previous school year) will be rewarded once a year by the School as follows:

+ 400,000 VND if achieving good results;

+ 600,000 VND if achieving good results;

+ 800,000 VND if excellent.

- Support textbooks for students; books, notebooks, documents, teaching equipment and tools for officers and soldiers directly participating in the Sub-Project: According to actual arising;

- Support food for students at the rate of 60,000 VND/person/day;

- Other expenses (if any): The amount of spending according to bills, legal spending documents, must not exceed 01 million VND/student.

2.2 In case of receiving help

- Support school supplies, praise students with good study results according to the provisions of Clauses 3 and 6, Article 2 of Joint Circular 109/2009/TTLT/BTC-BGDĐT ;

- Support textbooks for students; books, notebooks, documents, teaching equipment and tools for officers and soldiers directly participating in the Sub-Project: According to actual arising;

- Food support at 60,000 VND/month, no more than 9 months/school year/student;

- Other expenses (if any): The amount of spending according to bills, legal spending documents, must not exceed 01 million VND/student.

Circular 15/2022/TT-BTC  takes effect from May 1, 2022.
